Shipping policy

All orders that have items that we have on hand are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Most items are made to order and may take up to 2 - 3 weeks to ship based on demand,please kept that in mind when ordering .

We get packages out as fast as we can, but once it is in the carrier's hands, we no longer have control of how fast the package arrives.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


We ship to these countries all duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so you don't have to pay them upon delivery.

Can not ship to P.O boxes International!

You can use your local currency and a local payment method of choice to pay for our products.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us on the contact page https://carissas-craft-corner.myshopify.com/pages/contact. and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Orders to P.O. boxes, US territories or military APO/FPO addresses will have to be shipped  via United States Postal Service (USPS).



Arrives damaged are Lost

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, contact us as soon as possible on the contact page with your order number . DO NOT throw out any of the packaging and damaged products until  We address this with the carrier and claim is paid . We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.                                                             

Claims on a lost packages have to wait 60 days for international orders and 30 days for US orders after they are  shipped.
